A MAN wanted on suspicion of assault could be in Bacup or Rossendale, police have said.
Police have released a photograph of Mark Toolan, 28, who is wanted over an assault.
Anyone with information is asked to call GMP on 101, quoting 196214N/15. Alternatively call Crimestop- pers on 0800 555111.
