BANK Holiday shoppers were able to watch energetic staff pedalling furiously in the shop window of White Stuff in Kendal's Finkle Street.
Shop workers were joined by staff and supporters from the Bendrigg Trust at Old Hutton as they cycled the 874-mile distance from Land's End to John O' GRoats on a stationary bicycle. They were raising cash for the residential activity centre which specialises in high quality courses for disabled and disadvantaged people.
White Stuff are corporate sponsors of the Bendrigg Trust and have been enthusiastic fundraisers for the last 16 months.
