POLICE are appealing for information after a man was punched and robbed in Blackburn.
The 54-year-old victim was verbally abused by two men on St Peter Street last Friday before he was punched to the floor and had his pockets searched.

The two men then ran off with a small digital radio and some cash.
They are described as white, aged in their mid-twenties and were dressed in casual sports clothing.
DC Neil Pugh of Blackburn CID said: “Having examined CCTV footage in the area there appears to have been a lot of people passing nearby and I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this attack to come forward with any information.”
