A WOMAN has been taken to a 'place of safety' following human trafficking raids across East Lancashire.
Police executed warrants in St James Street, Blackburn, and Ford Street, Burnley yesterday.
It was at the Burnley address they found the 26-year-old Romanian national, who is now being supported by agencies and charities.
- Razvan Ursu, 32, was arrested and charged with a human trafficking offence, police said. He was due to appear before magistrates this morning.
