ALMOST £10,000 is up for grabs next week in the East Lancashire Hospice’s weekly lottery.
Costing just £1 per week, which all goes to supporting and caring for people with life limiting illnesses, each member is given a unique lottery number.
Each week there is a random chance that the 2nd prize of £250 will not be chosen in the draw in which case it becomes a rollover.
This amount has now snowballed to a whopping £9750 and, if it isn’t won next week, will be capped at £10,000 until someone wins it.
This week, Mrs Robinson from Lancashire has won £1,000, and Mrs Linley from Clitheroe has won £100.
