BURNLEY'S Grosvenor Street recycling centre will be closed from 7pm on Friday for around four weeks.
Improvements will include an extension to the site and changes to the layout to give people better access.
While the Burnley centre is closed, alternative recycling facilities are available at Padiham HWRC in Park Road and Pendle HWRC at Regent Street, Colne.
Both facilities are available seven days a week 8am to 7pm.
