COMMERCIAL law firm Garricks has won three new clients as the firm continues to grow on the back of increased demand for specialist advice.

Garricks has been instructed by Blackburn-based KKL Windows Ltd, Darwen’s S&A Developments Ltd and Yorkshire-based No. 1 The Crescent to advise on a number of commercial legal matters. KKL is a family-owned business specialising in the supply of windows, doors and conservatories to trade customers.

No. 1 The Crescent is a boutique beauty salon based in Ilkley and S&A Developments also designs and manufactures windows, doors and conservatories.

Greg Boyes, partner at Garricks, said: “Economic uncertainty often leads to an increase in legal issues for businesses to overcome and we have seen more companies, particularly owner-managed businesses and other SMEs, needing advice on contractual matters, employment issues and financial affairs.

“Trading businesses like KKL, No. 1 The Crescent and S&A Developments drive real economic growth and create jobs.

“We are very pleased to be assisting them.”

Garricks, based on Shadsworth Business Park, specialises in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, employment law, intellectual property issues, and property law.

The firm advises clients across the north of England.
