LUND Fred Halliwell The family of the late Fred would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their kindness, cards of condolence and donations received. Special thanks to the wonderful team at Queens Lodge Nursing Home and to the staff of the A & E unit and ward B2 Royal Blackburn Hospital.
