SHORROCK Julie Anne Lynn, sister of the late Julie would like to express her sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations and floral tributes received during this time of sorrow. Thanks to all those who attended the service, especially to those who travelled from a distance and acknowledgment of those who wanted to attend but were unable to. Special thanks to the many consultants, doctors, nurses and staff involved in Julie's care at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Also, to The Alty Funeral Service for their help and empathy; to Bloomin Lovely for the beautiful casket flowers, to Liz Pengelly for the Order of Service booklet, to Fr Paul Taylor for his kind words and ministrations and to Mytton Fold Hotel for the wake. Most of all thank you to Julie herself for her personal choice of content for the service and for being my sister.
