Courtney Love shared her terror in live tweets as she was “held hostage” by angry Paris taxi drivers.
The Hole singer found herself caught up in the French taxi drivers’ protest against online minicab service Uber.
Courtney, 50, shared pictures and video online of her car surrounded by what she described as a “mob” of taxi drivers armed with bats and claimed they had ambushed her car and taken her driver hostage.
The star eventually escaped after about an hour after paying two men on motorcycles to help her flee the scene.
Courtney is calling for French President Francois Hollande and the police to take action.
