The 2015 MTV Movie Awards was filled with fun, flair and forever moments.

But as with any awards show, not all moments are equally good. Some are equally bad.

Join us as we take a look at some highs and lows from this year’s MTV Movie Awards.

Best: Robert Downey Jr’s acceptance speech

Not only did Robert Downey Jr have the best entourage on stage with him to present him with the Generation Award, but his speech was inspirational and pure RDJ magic.

He said: “In the 34 years that have passed since the birth of MTV, I’ve grown up, I’ve struggled, I’ve failed. I’ve partied way too much. I’ve squandered, resisted, repented… I begged for second chances, and literally clawed my way to the top. Dream big, work hard, keep your nose clean. Be of service, and yes, because you can – define your generation.”

Worst: Zac Efron keeps his shirt on

Last year Zac Efron stripped off to the delight of female fans around the world. But this year, we had to make do with him in character alongside Dave Franco, sporting a weird mohawk.

Best: Channing Tatum twerks for Jennifer Lopez

We love that Channing Tatum isn’t scared to have a bit of fun at his own expense. When presenting J-Lo with her award for Best Scared As S**t Performance, Channing treated her to a booty shake of note.

Worst: Shailene Woodley’s Trailblazer speech

Shailene Woodley was a big winner on the night. But we did feel for her when she lost her train of thought half-way through her trailblazer speech.

Best: Scarlett Johansson’s coral jumpsuit

We love that mum Scarlett (who gave birth to daughter Dorothy Rose seven months ago) decided to be brave and stand out on the red carpet.

Worst: The Best Kiss Award was a total letdown.

Reese Witherspoon and Shailene Woodley

Even though Shailene Woodley and Ansel Engort were named as winners, we had to make do with Shailene getting a congratulatory hug from Reese Witherspoon, as Ansel couldn’t be at the award show.

After Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams’ 2005 moment, it’s become a highlight of the show. Ansel did post a cute selfie on Twitter though.

Best: Rebel Wilson’s amazing wings

Just when we thought Rebel Wilson couldn’t get any cooler, she goes and wears a huge pair of wings to the MTV Movie Awards.

Worst: Having to look at bad fashion choices, a la Bai Ling:

Quirky fashion statements are always very welcome. But sometimes stars just take it one step too far. Bai Ling, we’re looking at you and your bizarre MTV get-up. The star wore an actual dragon on her outfit.
