After five action-packed seasons, 120 episodes and nine character deaths, Pretty Little Liars fans thought they were about to FINALLY get the answers they deserved.
In the run up to season five’s highly-anticipated finale, titled “Welcome to the Dollhouse”, the show’s producers hinted that fans would learn the identity of the anonymous psychopath who has been tormenting Aria Montgomery, Hanna Marin, Emily Fields, and Spencer Hastings.
But in typical Pretty Little Liars style, the “big reveal” threw everyone off even more, as the only new information on A is that his real name is “Charles”.
Dedicated Pretty Little Liars fans weren’t happy with the confusing info.

All in all, after the *big reveal* nobody is any the wiser. We’re still all very, very confused.
But come on guys, it could be worse. As least it’s not as anticlimactic as the time Gossip Girl’s identity was revealed.
