But the 21-year-old singer has incurred their mighty wrath by covering up bandmate Zayn Malik’s face during a photoshoot on the South East Asian leg of their tour.
Zayn flew home to the UK last week after dropping out of the 1D world tour due to “stress” as he blasted rumours he had cheated on fiancee Perrie Edwards of Little Mix.

Liam apologised for the joke and insisted it was all just “banter”.
But he was rubbing salt into the wound for all the Zayn devotees, and they were not happy.
