It said: “She is attributed with helping develop some of the leading lights of London Fashion Week.

“It is hard to imagine Central Saint Martins or British fashion without her. She will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with her family and friends”, it concluded.

At the end of the service today, Kanye, dressed in a black trousers and crisp white blazer, was seen being led from the cathedral by personal security.

He kept a low profile – clutching what appeared to be an order of service – walking briskly down the right hand side of the cathedral steps to avoid photographers. A black car with tinted windows then whisked him away.

Louise, 52, is believed to have died in her sleep while visiting her sister.
