Zac Efron and Seth Rogen will be moving in next door to each other once again for a sequel to hit comedy Bad Neighbours.
The stars of last year’s Universal comedy have signed up to make another film about their unlikely friendship after a college fraternity sets up home next door to Seth’s character’s young family, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It will also reunite the pair with Rose Byrne, who played Seth’s character’s wife, and director Nicholas Stoller.
The sequel will see a college sorority move into the couple’s neighbouring house this time, and when they decide they need to shut down the raucous behaviour, they enlist the help of their former fraternity friend (Zac) to shut down the partying.
Bad Neighbours 2 is the first project Seth has signed up to since the controversy surrounding his recent Sony comedy The Interview, which was targeted by hackers over its storyline that saw two TV celebrity reporters tasked with assassinating North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Seth is currently filming his role as Steve Wozniak in Universal’s Steve Jobs biopic.
