Surprise! Hollywood heartthrob Joseph Gordon-Levitt has secretly married his girlfriend – breaking hearts around the world.
The Don Jon actor and Tasha McCauley exchanged vows on December 20, but the happy news has only just emerged and has been confirmed by Joseph’s publicist.
It seems the nuptials were low-key, with People reporting that the star and the businesswoman opting to have their ceremony at home rather than organising a lavish Hollywood do.
The actor, 33, is known for being private about his love life.
He previously said in an interview that although he was seeing someone special she preferred to stay out of the limelight.
“The girl that I’m with, she really doesn’t want to be a part of it and you can imagine not wanting to have that kind of scrutiny,” he said on Howard Stern’s radio show last year.
