Reserves face City slickers
MORECAMBE reserves look towards another remarkable achievement in their debut Pontins League season on Wednesday when they welcome Manchester City to Christie Park.
Jeff Udall's men, already Division One West and Pontins League Cup champions, entertain City in the play-offs.
The winners of the match will then face the winners of the Hartlepool United v Nottingham Forest semi-final.
That game was due to take place last Wednesday at Billingham Town's Bedford Terrace ground.
But it was postponed after heavy rain in the North East.
Morecambe's clash with City kicks-off at 7pm and fans are welcome to cheer the team on thwards glory.
