SET for the starting line is a new Renault Megane coupe special edition, the Monaco GP, which will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show.

The new limited edition has sleek headlights and large air intake to give it a dynamic stance, enhanced by broad haunches.

Its imposing design is accentuated through pearlescent Arctic white paint, together with gloss black body components - door mirrors, rear diffuser and foglight surrounds, black headlight masks and badging. Everything on the inside expresses its build quality and stylish sportiness.

Among its original touches are Arctic white cabin details (console, dashboard trim, door handles), plus Monaco GP stitching on the seats, a numbered plaque and special floor mats.

The model features all the equipment of the Dynamique trim, including Carminat TomTom Live satellite navigation, as well as 17-inch gloss black alloy wheels, rear parking sensors and electric folding door mirrors.

Two engines are on offer , the 1.9 dCi 130 which emits 135g/km of CO2,and a TCe 130 In response to the success of Laguna Coupe Monaco GP limited edition, introduced last year, a new version will launch in the spring.

Two potent diesel engines will be available, namely the 2.0 dCi 150 and 2.0 dCi 180, the latter with 4Control four-wheel steering for even sharper handling.

It will retain the exclusive pearlescent Arctic white.
