Craven District Council (Public Footpath No. 05.5/8 Raven's Close Brow, Bentham) Diversion Order 2017
Craven District Council (Council) gives notice that it has made an order under section 257 of the TCPA 1990 because it i s sati sfied that it i s necessary to divert the footpath to which the Order relatestoenable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the TCPA1990 to TAUSolar Limited by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on 21st March 2016 under reference APP/C2708/W/15/3129664 IF THIS ORDER IS CONFIRMED:

1. The footpath being part of public footpath no. 05.5/8 at Ravens Close Brow, Low Bentham shown by asolid black line between points AtoBonthe attached plan (Plan) and measuring approximately 413 metres long and 0.9 metres wide shall be diverted.

3. Acopy of the Order and Plan may be inspected free of charge at the Council Offices at 1 Belle VueSquare, Broughton Road, Skipton BD231FJ between the hours of 8:45 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Fridays (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).

4. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent
